Job Summary

To enhance performance and outcomes across the customer lifecycle, the full-time Sales and Customer Success Strategic Analyst will deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics, reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver deep analytical insights to support strategic initiatives and leadership questions across Sales and Customer Success
  • Design and maintain automated reporting on sales performance, pipeline health, and customer success outcomes
  • Partner with various teams to provide insights and measure strategy performance, ensuring alignment in decision-making
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of five years of experience in strategic analysis, data sciences, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong experience with forecasting, financial modeling, and scenario analysis
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools, including Power BI, SQL, and Salesforce
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership
