Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Sales Strategy & Planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and governance of Sales Incentive Plans to align with business strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain incentive governance frameworks
  • Build models to forecast costs and provide data-driven insights on plan effectiveness
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Finance, or People Analytics
  • Experience in sales compensation design or management
  • Proficiency in CRM or sales compensation tools such as Salesforce or Anaplan
  • Understanding of SaaS or recurring revenue models and pay-mix structures
  • Experience leading or mentoring others in an analytical or operational context
