Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and governance of Sales Incentive Plans to align with business strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain incentive governance frameworks
- Build models to forecast costs and provide data-driven insights on plan effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Finance, or People Analytics
- Experience in sales compensation design or management
- Proficiency in CRM or sales compensation tools such as Salesforce or Anaplan
- Understanding of SaaS or recurring revenue models and pay-mix structures
- Experience leading or mentoring others in an analytical or operational context
