Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Sales Strategy & Operations, Commerce Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate high-level company objectives into actionable quarterly sales goals
• Establish operational governance and run business cadence, including Weekly Business Reviews
• Drive sales acceleration by optimizing the sales funnel and implementing tooling and systems updates

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sales/business planning, strategy & operations, business consulting, or analytics
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and achieving goals in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL preferred
• Experience with Salesforce and Excel is advantageous
