Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in Management Consulting and Sales Operations, with a proven track record in high-growth organizations
- Expert proficiency in Excel modeling and SQL; experience with Salesforce and Tableau
- 5+ years of people management experience, including team development and retention
- Ability to synthesize complex data into executive-level narratives and influence senior stakeholders
