Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Planning and Strategy Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the Annual Operating Planning (AOP) process across Sales and cross-functional teams
- Define key strategic levers and support leaders in translating long-term goals into actionable plans
- Lead strategic projects, conduct analyses, and provide actionable recommendations for long-term growth
Required Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in Consulting, Finance, Business Operations, Sales Strategy & Operations, or an analytical role
- Experience in building trusting relationships and influencing others, including executive audiences
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with a deep sense of curiosity
- Ability to synthesize a broad set of information into a cohesive narrative
- Deep expertise with analytical tools such as Tableau, Excel, Google Sheets, or Databricks
