Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Strategy & Planning - In-Store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own plan design and governance, ensuring alignment with business strategy
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Payroll, HR, and GTM leadership to influence decisions
  • Model and analyze performance to inform strategy and support executive decision-making
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Finance, or People Analytics
  • Experience in sales compensation design or management
  • Proven people management experience coaching analysts
  • Familiarity with CRM or sales compensation tools such as Salesforce or Anaplan
  • Understanding of SaaS or recurring revenue models and pay-mix structures
