Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Strategy & Planning - In-Store.
Key Responsibilities
- Own plan design and governance, ensuring alignment with business strategy
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Payroll, HR, and GTM leadership to influence decisions
- Model and analyze performance to inform strategy and support executive decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Finance, or People Analytics
- Experience in sales compensation design or management
- Proven people management experience coaching analysts
- Familiarity with CRM or sales compensation tools such as Salesforce or Anaplan
- Understanding of SaaS or recurring revenue models and pay-mix structures
