Job Summary
Leading the sales-side commercialization process for key growth initiatives, the full-time Manager, Sales Strategy & Commercialization will manage integrated project plans, develop launch strategies, and analyze performance metrics while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the integrated project plan for major commercial initiatives, ensuring alignment and accountability across teams
- Develop customer-specific launch strategies and support annual planning priorities in collaboration with Sales Leadership
- Lead end-to-end commercialization for new SKUs and analyze performance metrics to inform decision-making and improve ROI
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in Sales Commercialization, Sales Strategy, or related CPG function
- Deep understanding of CPG go-to-market processes, including retailer sell-in and launch execution
- Strong analytical skills with experience using syndicated data platforms like SPINS or IRI/Circana
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
