Job Summary

Key responsibilities
- Own and enhance the reporting infrastructure that sales leaders rely on, including dashboards and data models
- Generate insights from various data sources and synthesize findings into actionable narratives for sales leadership
- Support the sales planning cycle, including capacity modeling, territory design, and quota allocation
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, or related analytical functions within a high-growth SaaS or technology company
- Strong understanding of sales organization mechanics, including pipeline management and forecasting methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau
- Fluency in AI tools and workflows as part of daily operations
