Job Summary
Driving strategic planning and performance analytics, the full-time Senior Manager, Sales Strategy & Planning will partner with various teams to align sales objectives and provide actionable insights to support executive decision-making in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align annual sales planning objectives and growth priorities
- Program manage annual sales planning with data-driven recommendations and consolidate strategic plans into a unified view of growth opportunities
- Analyze sales performance metrics and conduct ad hoc business analysis to evaluate revenue impacts of strategic decisions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in sales strategy, business planning, finance, or related analytical roles
- Experience supporting annual planning, forecasting, and business performance reviews in a technology or SaaS environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools, with familiarity in Salesforce and analytics platforms
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving capabilities, with excellent executive communication skills
