Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Associate, Sales Strategy & Operations will translate high-level company objectives into actionable sales goals, establish operational governance, and drive sales acceleration through the implementation of AI tools and systems.
Key responsibilities
- Execute on quarterly sales targets, tracking progress against key growth drivers
- Run Weekly Business Reviews to ensure precise tracking of leads, opportunities, and deals
- Optimize the sales funnel through measurement and inspection to improve team efficiency
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales/business planning, strategy & operations, business consulting, or analytics
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives and achieving goals in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL and Excel; Salesforce experience preferred
