Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Strategy Operations Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support annual planning processes and develop sales forecasts, targets, and resource allocations
- Provide reporting and forecasting for the sales organization
- Design and implement programs, processes, and tool-based workflows to enhance GTM effectiveness
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of combined experience in Revenue Strategy/Operations, Management Consulting, or Finance/Banking
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations for a high growth B2B SaaS company
- Experience building and leading a high performing team of 5+ direct reports
- Experience with sales tools and technologies
- Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, preferred
