Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Strategy Operations Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support annual planning processes and develop sales forecasts, targets, and resource allocations
  • Provide reporting and forecasting for the sales organization
  • Design and implement programs, processes, and tool-based workflows to enhance GTM effectiveness
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of combined experience in Revenue Strategy/Operations, Management Consulting, or Finance/Banking
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations for a high growth B2B SaaS company
  • Experience building and leading a high performing team of 5+ direct reports
  • Experience with sales tools and technologies
  • Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, preferred
