Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Strategy Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become a Quota subject matter expert and guide stakeholders on policy, processes, and planning tool features
  • Deliver data-driven findings and recommendations to streamline quota planning tools and processes
  • Represent Quota Operations during fiscal year planning and decision-making processes

Required Qualifications & Education:
  • 4+ years experience in sales operations, analytics, or related roles
  • Prior experience with Go-To-Market processes and target setting
  • Experience supporting global IT implementations or enterprise-level initiatives
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage deliverables in high-pressure situations
  • Team-oriented decision-maker with the ability to work in a cross-functional environment
