Sales Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Subject Matter Expert (AI Training) to support the development and improvement of AI models in the sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI and Data Teams to evaluate AI models used in various sales processes
• Identify gaps in existing models and contribute insights for improvement
• Validate AI outputs against real-world sales scenarios and define success metrics for model performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
• 7+ years of core sales experience in roles such as B2B Account Executive or Sales Leadership
• Strong understanding of the sales funnel, pipeline management, and various sales methodologies
• Ability to analyze conversation transcripts to assess pitch effectiveness
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams is highly preferred
