Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Small & Medium Business Direct Sales - Customer Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of outbound telesales representatives to retain and grow the existing customer base
• Coach and develop sales representatives to achieve sales quotas and provide superior customer service
• Ensure CRM software is accurate and conduct regular team meetings for skill improvement and performance reviews

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in managing sales teams and coaching staff
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
• Independent judgment and discretion in significant matters
