Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Supervisor to develop and execute strategic sales plans while supervising a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and monitor sales metrics
- Coach and mentor sales professionals, setting and tracking sales targets while improving team performance
- Manage lead pipelines and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and accurate documentation
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record of achieving revenue goals
- Experience with Salesforce and pipeline management
- Ability to analyze sales data and connect metrics to sales strategy
- Proficiency with G Suite applications
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks effectively
