Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Supervisor to develop and execute strategic sales plans while supervising a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and monitor sales metrics
  • Coach and mentor sales professionals, setting and tracking sales targets while improving team performance
  • Manage lead pipelines and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and accurate documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record of achieving revenue goals
  • Experience with Salesforce and pipeline management
  • Ability to analyze sales data and connect metrics to sales strategy
  • Proficiency with G Suite applications
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks effectively
