Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Small & Medium Business Direct Sales - Customer Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team to retain and grow existing business customers through effective sales strategies
• Drive high-volume sales and revenue growth for small business solutions
• Coach and develop sales representatives to meet performance standards and improve customer service

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics / CB Sales
• Experience in coaching and developing sales teams
• Ability to manage performance and conduct reviews effectively
