Job Summary

Leading a team of outbound telesales representatives, the full-time Sales Supervisor will focus on retaining and growing the existing small-to-medium business customer base through coaching, performance management, and solution-based selling in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Guide the team in prospecting, time management, and closing business to retain existing customers
  • Coach sales representatives to meet quality standards and performance expectations through feedback and training
  • Ensure accurate CRM usage and conduct regular team meetings to enhance skills and communication
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or team management
  • Proven ability to coach and develop sales teams in a business-to-business environment
  • Strong understanding of CRM software and sales performance metrics
  • Availability during core business hours aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST)
