Job Summary

To drive sales performance and enhance customer experience, the full-time Central Selling Supervisor will manage Sales and Support Coordinators, provide coaching and feedback, and collaborate with various teams to improve the Central Selling sales model in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the performance and training needs of Sales and Support Coordinators while providing real-time feedback and coaching
  • Analyze reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in sales processes and customer interactions
  • Lead initiatives and projects assigned by management, serving as a Subject Matter Expert for best practices and process documentation
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED with 3-5 years of team leadership or coaching experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center, office administration, or high-volume retail environment
  • Experience in training, developing, and mentoring teams of 10 or more employees
  • Demonstrated ability to make real-time decisions regarding sales and service issues
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, such as MS Dynamics
