Job Summary
Leading a team of Sales and Support Coordinators, the full-time remote Central Selling Supervisor will drive sales performance, provide coaching and feedback, and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance the Central Selling sales model.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of Sales and Support Coordinator activities and provide real-time performance feedback
- Analyze reports to identify training needs and monitor team performance, ensuring successful onboarding and continuous development
- Act as a liaison between associates and leadership, resolving escalated issues and improving customer experience
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED with 3-5 years of team leadership experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center, office administrative, or high-volume retail environment
- Experience in training and mentoring a large team (10+ employees)
- Familiarity with the remodeling or construction industry is preferred
- Experience using CRM tools, such as MS Dynamics, is a plus
