Sales Support Account Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the growth of existing client accounts, the full-time remote Sales Support Account Manager will manage client relationships, conduct product research, and coordinate project timelines while working across sales offices in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve clients' marketing objectives through branded merchandise solutions
• Perform product research and sourcing, creating presentations for Account Executives and clients
• Manage project timelines, priorities, costs, and logistical complexities for various clients

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a project management role
• 5+ years of sales support experience in the promotional product industry
• Highly proficient in Microsoft applications, especially PowerPoint
• Proficient in ERP systems, such as NetSuite
• Ability to deliver under deadlines with a high level of accuracy
