Sales Support Account Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the growth of existing client accounts, the full-time remote Sales Support Account Manager will manage client relationships, perform product research, and coordinate project timelines while working across various sales offices.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve clients' marketing objectives through branded merchandise solutions
• Manage project timelines, priorities, and costs while communicating effectively with stakeholders
• Develop strong vendor relationships for resourceful sourcing and quoting strategies

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a project management role
• 5+ years of sales support experience in the promotional product industry
• Highly proficient in Microsoft applications, especially PowerPoint
• Proficient in ERP systems, such as NetSuite
• Willingness to travel 1-2 times a year for client events
