Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to assist in onboarding customers and supporting product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage order orchestration and fulfillment of corporate legal orders into CRM systems
- Authorize end user access to subscription products and assist with marketing campaigns
- Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders to resolve product access and billing inquiries
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of related experience
- High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiar with sales industry software and CRM systems
- Knowledge of sales contracts and agreements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
