Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to assist in onboarding customers and supporting product delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage order orchestration and fulfillment of corporate legal orders into CRM systems
  • Authorize end user access to subscription products and assist with marketing campaigns
  • Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders to resolve product access and billing inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of related experience
  • High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiar with sales industry software and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of sales contracts and agreements
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
