Sales Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Analyst to manage buyer payment follow-ups and process sales adjustments.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on outstanding buyer payments with the sales team
• Resolve payment discrepancies and document communications with buyers
• Review daily auction reports and coordinate asset distribution

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of administrative or coordination experience in an office environment
• Exposure to the industrial or heavy equipment industry preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in time-sensitive situations
