Job Summary
To support sales efficiency in the Southeast Region, the full-time remote Sales Support and Data Coordinator will manage RFPs, organize project documentation, and ensure accurate Salesforce data entry to streamline the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and gather RFPs, bid documents, and project details from various electronic sources
- Input project details and sales opportunities into Salesforce, maintaining accurate records
- Track RFP deadlines and coordinate with the sales team for timely responses
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in data entry, sales support, or CRM administration
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in B2B sales environments or related industries
