To support sales efficiency in the Southeast Region, the full-time remote Sales Support and Data Coordinator will manage RFPs, organize project documentation, and ensure accurate Salesforce data entry to streamline the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and gather RFPs, bid documents, and project details from various electronic sources
  • Input project details and sales opportunities into Salesforce, maintaining accurate records
  • Track RFP deadlines and coordinate with the sales team for timely responses
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience in data entry, sales support, or CRM administration
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in B2B sales environments or related industries
