Sales Support Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing market presence, the full-time Sales Support Associate will engage with prospects, prepare calls and presentations, analyze data, and follow up with customers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Attend and coordinate prospect meetings while overseeing scheduling
• Conduct research on industries and prospects to develop a robust pipeline
• Utilize HubSpot CRM to organize client data and analyze lost prospects for process improvement

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of related experience in sales support or customer outreach
• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and Google Slides/PowerPoint for creating presentations
• Strong research skills with the ability to gather insights from data
• Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders in a proactive manner
