Sales Support Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Associate - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic support to internal sales teams and National Account customers, including managing customer interactions and preparing reports
• Assist with order placement, coordinate appliance installations, and manage inventory and billing issues
• Facilitate market calls and maintain customer relationships by assessing and validating customer needs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred
• Specialized skills training or certification may be required
• Generally 2-5 years of experience in the relevant area of responsibility
• Ability to maintain accurate records and track inquiries
• Experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous
