Sales Support Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Associate to provide presale support and produce qualified illustrations for producer objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide product and carrier information to producer groups and internal staff
• Run appropriate illustrations and supply marketing materials for producers
• Document requested illustrations and maintain departmental workflows and service level agreements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience
• Experience with PCs in a Windows environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, products, and sales processes is preferred
