Sales Support Associate

Job Summary

Sales Support Associate is a full-time remote position responsible for producing qualified illustrations and providing presale support to meet producer objectives in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide product and carrier information to producer groups and internal staff
• Run appropriate illustrations and provide marketing materials to producers
• Document requested illustrations for sales follow-up utilizing a CRM system

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience
• Experience with PCs in a Windows environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of the insurance industry, product, and sales processes is preferred
