Job Summary

To support HVAC project costing, the full-time contract Sales Support Associate will calculate costs, create proposals, and collaborate with sales teams while working remotely or from Troy, MI.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate and analyze costs for HVAC equipment replacements based on specifications and system requirements
• Develop clear and competitive preliminary and final proposals for projects
• Collaborate with sales teams to deliver technical insights and manage project documentation

Required qualifications

• Associate degree or 1-3 years of experience in estimating, engineering, or construction management
• Hands-on understanding of HVAC systems and temperature control technologies
• Ability to interpret technical documents, diagrams, and specifications
