Job Summary

To support regional sales teams, the full-time Sales Support Associate will become an expert in quoting and contracts systems, ensuring accurate order entry and providing exceptional customer service to enhance sales efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quality internal and external customer service aligned with company values
• Support sales team tasks across various geographic regions, including order entry and customer inquiries
• Assist with client proposals and presentations while staying current on technology and service offerings

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year experience in sales support or a related function
• Ability to quickly learn sales processes and technical products
• Experience with Netsuite CRM and/or Callidus CPQ
• Prior experience in a technology company
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Windows-based applications
