Sales Support Associate

Job Summary

Supporting regional sales teams, the full-time Sales Support Associate will become an expert in quoting and contracts systems, ensuring efficient order entry and providing exceptional customer service to enhance sales efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quality internal and external customer service aligned with company values
• Support sales tasks across multiple salespeople and geographic regions, including order entry and customer inquiries
• Assist with client proposals and presentations while staying current on technology and service offerings

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of sales support or related experience
• Ability to quickly learn and apply the TierPoint sales process and technical products
• Experience with Netsuite CRM and/or Callidus CPQ
• Experience working in a technology company
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Windows-based applications
