Job Summary

Supporting the Sales Account Executive team, the full-time Sales Support Associate will handle administrative tasks, process sales orders, and assist with customer inquiries while maintaining a proactive and positive approach in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Process sales orders, demo requests, and customer inquiries via telephone and computer
  • Coordinate with distribution partners to ensure timely product delivery and manage returns and credits
  • Provide backup support to the Sales Support team to ensure smooth sales and order processing
Required qualifications
  • Experience with office machines and excellent computer skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience utilizing a CRM system
  • Strong multitasking and decision-making abilities
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and retention
  • Ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment
