Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acts as the primary contact for assigned service issues and manages fulfillment of pre-enrollment kits and marketing supplies
  • Tracks compliance elements such as license expirations and training, and coordinates certification processes for producers
  • Responds to producer inquiries and resolves compensation issues while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or an office-related area
  • 2+ years of experience in health insurance and agent certification preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in policy and procedure technical writing preferred
