Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator I.
Key Responsibilities
- Acts as the primary contact for assigned service issues and manages fulfillment of pre-enrollment kits and marketing supplies
- Tracks compliance elements such as license expirations and training, and coordinates certification processes for producers
- Responds to producer inquiries and resolves compensation issues while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or an office-related area
- 2+ years of experience in health insurance and agent certification preferred
- 2+ years of experience in policy and procedure technical writing preferred
