Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator I to manage sales support functions for assigned markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for service issues, fulfilling and delivering enrollment kits and marketing supplies
  • Track compliance elements, communicate certification statuses, and coordinate certification processes for producers
  • Provide service resolutions, handle escalated issues, and maintain producer files in compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or office-related roles
  • 2+ years of experience in health insurance and agent certification preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in policy and procedure technical writing preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
