Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator I.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for sales support functions including onboarding, certifications, and commissions
- Track compliance elements and communicate the status of agent certification and re-certification
- Resolve inquiries and compensation issues while maintaining producer files in accordance with policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or office-related roles
- 2+ years of experience in health insurance and agent certification preferred
- 2+ years of experience in policy and procedure technical writing preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
