Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for sales support functions, including onboarding, certifications, and commissions
  • Track compliance elements such as license expirations and training requirements
  • Coordinate certification processes and maintain producer files to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or an office-related area
  • 2+ years of experience in health insurance and agent certification preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in policy and procedure technical writing preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
