Job Summary

- Serve as the primary contact for sales support functions, including onboarding, certifications, and commissions
- Track compliance elements such as license expirations and training requirements
- Coordinate certification processes and maintain producer files to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or an office-related area
- 2+ years of experience in health insurance and agent certification preferred
- 2+ years of experience in policy and procedure technical writing preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
