Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join their team in Tipton, Indiana.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison for supply chain and logistics activities, providing administrative support to sales providers and field sales personnel
• Make business decisions regarding inventory movements and logistics that impact the company's finances
• Deliver high-level customer service and coach Sales Reps on processes to enhance performance and achieve commercial goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business preferred, or an Associate's degree with relevant experience
• Two to three years of experience in agriculture, supply chain, logistics, or customer service
• Ability to learn specific product knowledge related to sales support
• Strong computational skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP
• Demonstrated ability to recognize process improvement opportunities and implement changes effectively
