Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to act as a liaison for supply chain and administrative support related to sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer service and proactive communication to assigned Sales Providers regarding supply, deadlines, and inventory needs
  • Make business decisions related to inventory and logistics, and coach Sales Representatives to drive performance
  • Collaborate with teammates across various teams to ensure consistent performance and maintain knowledge of sales programs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business preferred, or an Associate's degree with relevant experience
  • Two years of experience in agriculture, supply chain, logistics, or customer service
  • Ability to learn product knowledge relevant to sales support
  • Proficiency in computer systems and programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work a daytime schedule with potential overtime during seasonal peaks
