Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to act as a liaison for supply chain and administrative support related to sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level customer service and proactive communication to assigned Sales Providers regarding supply, deadlines, and inventory needs
- Make business decisions related to inventory and logistics, and coach Sales Representatives to drive performance
- Collaborate with teammates across various teams to ensure consistent performance and maintain knowledge of sales programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business preferred, or an Associate's degree with relevant experience
- Two years of experience in agriculture, supply chain, logistics, or customer service
- Ability to learn product knowledge relevant to sales support
- Proficiency in computer systems and programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work a daytime schedule with potential overtime during seasonal peaks
