Job Summary
Supporting post-sales activities in a full-time remote capacity, the Sales Support Coordinator will manage order changes, resolve fulfillment issues, and ensure timely communication with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Process order modifications, investigate shipping and pricing issues, and coordinate with various internal teams for resolution
- Serve as the primary contact for post-order inquiries, providing updates on order status and assisting with escalations for urgent matters
- Monitor order progress, validate shipping documentation, and support warranty claim processes while maintaining accurate records
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, post-sales support, or supply chain operations
- Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex issues
- High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
