Job Summary

Supporting post-sales activities in a full-time remote capacity, the Sales Support Coordinator will manage order changes, resolve fulfillment issues, and ensure timely communication with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process order modifications, investigate shipping and pricing issues, and coordinate with various internal teams for resolution
  • Serve as the primary contact for post-order inquiries, providing updates on order status and assisting with escalations for urgent matters
  • Monitor order progress, validate shipping documentation, and support warranty claim processes while maintaining accurate records
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, post-sales support, or supply chain operations
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex issues
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
