Sales Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Engineer to assist customers with technology adoption in building automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support a network of end-users, consulting engineers, and OEM customers in adopting technology
• Utilize the Tridium Niagara Framework to develop complete automation systems
• Explain complex technical topics in simple terms to customers

Required Qualifications

• Exceptional knowledge of the Tridium Niagara Framework
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems
• Ability to write programs for HVAC control
• Familiarity with protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and Lonworks
• Fundamental understanding of MSTP and IP networking
