Sales Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications and prepare comprehensive proposals
• Utilize selection tools to determine optimal pump configurations and process orders accurately
• Provide technical guidance to Sales Engineers and act as a liaison between operations and customers

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum 5 years of experience in rotating equipment, preferably with centrifugal pumps
• Experience in proposal development and specification review
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering preferred; other engineering degrees considered with relevant experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and pump selection/configuration software
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and industry standards
