Sales Support Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting internal associates and business partners, the remote Sales Support Engineer I will provide technical sales consulting, respond to inquiries, assist with RFPs, and maintain competency labs while designing integrated hardware/software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical sales consulting to internal associates and business partners
• Respond to email, web inquiries, and handle phone calls independently
• Assist in creating technical documentation and responding to RFPs

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales support or technical roles
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Sales or a related field
• Basic technology skills with the ability to design and present solutions
• Knowledge of the company's product portfolio and services
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and clients
