Job Summary

Supporting mission-critical data center customers, the full-time remote Sales Support for Data Centers will prepare service repair quotes, price service agreements, and respond urgently to quote requests while collaborating with field service teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate service repair quotes for data center sites addressing various service needs
• Utilize the CPQ tool to price service agreements, change orders, and scope adjustments for existing accounts
• Maintain accurate records of quotes and assist in reporting and tracking quote metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 3+ years, or a High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years in sales support or related fields
