Sales Support Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist account executives with order entry and collection of creative assets for print and digital fulfillment
• Manage insertion orders and communicate specifications, inventory, and deadlines to the sales team
• Act as a liaison between clients, sales, and designers to ensure high-quality creative asset development

Required Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or related field
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Graphic design experience is beneficial but not required
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and multitask effectively
