Sales Support Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with account executives to enter orders and collect creative assets for print and digital fulfillment
• Manage insertion orders and communicate specifications, inventory, and deadlines to the sales team
• Act as a liaison between clients, sales, and designers to ensure high-quality creative asset development

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a sales support or related role
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Graphic design experience is beneficial but not required
• Strong organizational skills and capacity to work within strict deadlines
