We are looking for a Sales Support Manager to join our team to lead the strategic and operational leadership of Sales Support which includes Closing, Upselling, and Customer Retention.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Leads and directs a team of Sales Support Supervisors
-Manages daily activities and processes that improve Account Manager productivity, customer satisfaction/retention, and sales growth
-Serves customers, both internal and external, by ensuring the staff reporting to him/her provides support to the field in the areas of customer set-up, error rate reduction, and other duties as assigned
-Creates and implements strategic plans to improve enrollment completion rates, increase retention, and improve other processes and procedures that directly or indirectly impact revenue generation
Desired Skills and Experience:
-Minimum 3 years experience as a manager of supervisors in sales, sales support, or a customer retention call center environment
-Track record of successfully delivering on aggressive sales goals and/or retention targets
-Collaborative, transformational leader that knows how to motivate a very diverse group
-Experience leading remote/distributed teams is a plus
