Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Sales associates to determine best products and solutions for customer needs
• Ensure timely quotations, accurate sales orders, and coordinate deliveries
• Answer sales calls, address customer concerns, and effectively use CRM system

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to upsell and make timely decisions
• Highly motivated with strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office
• Quick learner with attention to detail and efficiency
