Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to schedule in-home sales visits for the Sales Closer
- Follow a structured sales process to convert leads into sales opportunities
- Ensure quality assurance throughout the lead-setting process
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in an automated contact center is a must
- Proven track record in selling over the phone or relevant contact center experience
- Exhibits superior technical skills and ability to use various software tools
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with virtual communication
- Ability to multi-task across multiple software platforms during the workday
