Key Responsibilities

• Support customer needs by collaborating with Sales associates to determine suitable products and solutions
• Deliver personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders
• Coordinate deliveries and address customer inquiries effectively

Required Qualifications

• 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or related trades is a plus
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell
• General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office proficiency
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes
