Key Responsibilities

• Support sales associates in determining the best products and solutions for customer needs
• Provide personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders
• Coordinate deliveries and address customer inquiries effectively

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or related trades is a plus
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell
• General digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes
